Pictured above is the always lovely Sarah Jessica Parker at the New York City Ballet 2008-2009 Opening Night Celebration on November 25th, 2008. Two more pictures are under the jump.
In the December 2008 issue of Vogue Mrs. Exeter gave examples of what sorts of gifts she’d give to different celebrities. Although SJP is a fashion and style icon, a stylish gift was not chosen for her. No, because how can you forget that while she’s got style, she’s also an actress who loves comedy (she loves the BBC show Absolutely Fabulous aka Ab Fab)!
So, along with Tina Fey, Michael Kors, Nora Ephron, and Senator Hillary Clinton - SJP would also recieve a DVD collection from British comedienne Catherine Tate, specifically The Catherine Tate Show: Christmas Special. I’m really not too familar with Catherine Tate, but that’s why Wikipedia is so great. In fact, ah! I do know of her. She played Donna Noble in Doctor Who. (Haven’t seen much of the show yet, but it’s on my to-do list.) If you don’t want to go for a Tate collection, have you seen Ab Fab before? It’s very…cheeky! (My British lingo rules, yo.)
I think I’ve seen every episode of Sex and the City too many times to want to own the DVDs. Sigh. I do think that House M.D. DVDs would still make awesome Christmas presents, though. Even this season of House is getting its’ groove back (all Stella-like). You can read my review of ‘Last Resort’ where I added up pros and cons of the episode and then somehow started talking about a Beatles conspiracy…
