Heat Magazine have published a picture of Katie price slumped over a table totally out of it after a night out in Brighton on Mother's Day.
Katie had been partying for hours before going to a cafe at 6am where this photo was taken.
Katie's rep said the picture is of Katie and that a cominbation of "alcohol and jet lag" caused Katie to end up like this . Her rep denied the magazines claims she was out till 6am stating she was only out till 2am.
An onlooker told the publication that Katie, who is due to take part in the London marathon in less than a month, was first spotted at around midnight with a group of friends at Oceana club before rocking up at Buddies 24-hour bar and restaurant at 4am.
A witness told Heat: “Katie was in Oceana shouting various things over the DJs microphone. Over the mic, she shouted to the crowd, ‘Hello Brighton! I love you all. This is my home town. I love it here!. She was so drunk she was falling over the tables. She even had a food fight.She was throwing chips and one girl got so annoyed with her that she threw a sausage back. I think they asked her to leave.”
Katie's rep denied these claims and said she never left the Pitcher and Piano Pub and that she never went to Oceana.
